Commercial Finance Analyst

This is an exciting role for a commercial analyst to join a reputable private equity backed real estate company. As a Commercial Finance Analyst, your main responsibility will be to partner with the Sales team, taking ownership of the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting of office revenue and other revenue streams. You will act as the first point of contact for ad hoc queries from the Sales team, providing analysis/modelling to support business decisions.What you''ll do:

Own the annual Office Revenue budget and forecast modelWork closely with the Sales team to capture key inputs/assumptionsPresent the Office Revenue budget to Senior Leadership for approvalPrepare materials for investors summarising the budget approach and outcomeResponsible for quarterly reforecast of office revenueAct as primary Finance point of contact for queries from Sales teamProvide essential commercial analysis to the business through monthly Management ReportSupport business decisions with financial analysis, including price reviews and deal approvalsWhat you bring:
