Commercial Finance Analyst Location: Liverpool Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Study SupportJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join a rapidly growing business based in Liverpool. This is a broad and highly visible role that will see you partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and drive commercial performance. Working within an ambitious and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in forecasting, reporting, profitability analysis and business partnering activities. This position would suit a part-qualified accountant looking to develop their commercial finance and FPandA experience within a growing organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting, Reporting and Analysis Support the production and maintenance of rolling sales, stock and cashflow forecasts. Assist with weekly cashflow reporting and working capital analysis. Produce and maintain monthly KPI and management reporting packs. Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning activities. Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making. Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly financial reporting. Business Partnering Work closely with budget holders and department managers to monitor financial performance. Analyse variances against budget and provide meaningful commentary.
