The Role As a Commercial Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our buildings are maintained to the highest standards, services are delivered efficiently, and all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. You''ll lead supplier and contractor management, drive operational improvements, and act as the key point of contact for tenants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management of building services, maintenance, security, and cleaning contracts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements. Develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for efficiencies. Lead on planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
