Commercial Executive Work Location: Cardiff / Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Executive to join a growing engineering and construction organisation delivering complex projects across a range of industrial sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial, project and procurement teams, supporting the successful financial management of projects from tender stage through to completion. You will play a key role in cost control, contract administration, forecasting, procurement support and commercial reporting, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual requirements. This Commercial Executive position would suit someone with a background in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Cost Engineering who is looking to further develop their career within a dynamic project environment. Commercial Executive - Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, cost forecasts and financial reports. Support estimating activities, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost build-ups and tender submissions. Assist with contract administration, purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
