COMMERCIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR Kingswood House is a 32-room historic mansion in South London, operating as a creative centre, events venue, and community hub. We combine commercial events to deliver a great creative and community programme. Our goal is to strengthen commercial revenue to support Community engagement, ongoing building maintenance and establish a sustainable business model that balances commercial performance with meaningful community benefit. The Commercial Events Coordinator will focus on developing, coordinating and delivering commercial events and venue hires, including weddings, wakes, corporate events, markets, birthday parties and other private celebrations. The successful candidate will have experience coordinating and delivering events, ideally with some experience in hospitality, weddings, venue hire or a related setting. They will be highly organised, meticulous and confident managing budgets, schedules, suppliers and multiple priorities. They will also bring creative flair and an eye for detail, helping to develop our commercial events offer and ensure that each event is delivered to a high standard. Experience creating content for and managing social media is important for this role. The successful candidate will be able to use platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to help showcase Kingswood House, promote our events and communicate what the building has to offer.
