What You''ll Be Doing

• Turn customer drawings and data into accurate, competitive quotes
• Decide the best manufacturing methods to maximise efficiency and profit
• Take ownership of projects from enquiry through to completion
• Work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Manage contracts with a "right first time" mindset
• Help drive continuous improvement across quality, cost, and delivery

What You Bring

You''re not just technically capable-you''re commercially aware and proactive.

• Strong mechanical engineering background
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings with confidence
• Apprentice-trained or equivalent experience
• A "get it done" attitude with flexibility and drive
• Confident communicator at all levels
• Good IT skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Subcontract machining experience
• Lean / Continuous Improvement knowledge
• Account management experience in engineering
