Commercial Electrical and Renewables Engineer Location: South West / UK TravelWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical and Renewables Engineer to join a growing renewable energy business delivering projects across the South West and wider UK.This is a hands-on role installing and commissioning commercial electrical and renewable energy systems including Solar PV, heat pumps, EV chargers and energy storage systems.The Role As a Commercial Electrical and Renewables Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Installing and commissioning renewable energy systemsCarrying out commercial electrical installation workWorking with Solar PV and battery storage systemsSupporting heat pump and EV charger installationsCompleting pre-installation and commissioning checksWorking alongside design teams to improve installationsPlanning and programming installation worksLiaising with clients, contractors and other tradesReading technical drawings and plansCompleting site paperwork and reportsCarrying out risk assessments and maintaining safe working practicesThe Person We are looking for a Commercial Electrical and Renewables Engineer with:Commercial electrical installation experienceRelevant electrical qualificationsGood electrical installation and fault-finding knowledgeStrong communication and organisational skillsGood understanding of site health and safetyFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel and work away when requiredPrevious renewable energy experience would be ..... full job details .....
