We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead and drive the UK and EU commercial operations during a one-year fixed-term contract starting in January 2026. This pivotal role will oversee full PandL responsibility, commercial strategy, and team leadership across multiple markets. The successful candidate will lead a team of 15 across Sales, Training, and Trade Marketing functions, ensuring continued growth, profitability, and brand excellence.Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team ManagementLead and inspire a commercial team of 15 across the UK, France, and Germany.Directly manage: Sales Controller UK, Training Manager UK, Trade Marketing Executive UK and EU, Sales and Training Manager France, Sales and Training Manager Germany.Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture.Commercial and Strategic DeliveryOwn the UK and EU PandL, delivering against revenue and profit targets.Develop and execute annual commercial strategy aligned with company objectives.Drive sustainable growth across wholesale, retail, spa, and e-commerce partnerships.Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in key European markets.Sales and TrainingEnsure commercial excellence and consistent delivery of sales targets across regions.Oversee development and rollout of training programs to elevate brand standards.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy accordingly.Trade Marketing and Brand DevelopmentOversee trade marketing execution across the UK and EU to maximise visibility, sell-through, and brand consistency.Collaborate with global marketing to ensure alignment with international brand strategy.Support launch of new products and initiatives across regional channels.Reporting and AnalysisProvide regular performance updates to the executive team.Analyse sales data, market share, and profitability to guide decision-making.Manage budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally within luxury beauty, skincare, or premium consumer goods.Proven track record of managing full PandL responsibility across multi-market operations.Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships across the UK and EU.Experience managing cross-cultural teams with direct reports in multiple countries.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Fluent in English (additional European languages desirable, especially French or German).Agile, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What We OfferFixed-term contract with competitive compensation package.Dynamic, collaborative, and innovative company ..... full job details .....
