Following a sustained period of growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Director to work alongside the Managing Director and lead the operational delivery of the business. This is a key strategic appointment with the opportunity to influence the future direction of the company and play a central role in its continued growth.The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to the highest quality standards. You will lead our project delivery teams, develop operational systems and processes, improve commercial performance and help expand our recurring maintenance division. Over time, you will become the operational leader of the business, allowing the Managing Director to focus on strategic growth, customer relationships and business development.
