This is a senior leadership position, managing a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors, with responsibility for commercial strategy, financial performance, profitability and risk management across the division. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors. Oversee the commercial performance of a £40m turnover division. Drive profitability, cost control and commercial efficiency. Manage commercial reporting, forecasting, budgets and cash flow. Oversee contractual matters, commercial risks and dispute resolution. Work closely with senior management to achieve divisional financial targets. Provide commercial leadership, guidance and development to the QS team.
