A leading London residential developer is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial function across multiple high-profile developments.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full commercial lifecycle across a substantial pipeline of residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy across multiple large-scale residential developments
• Oversee procurement, cost planning, and financial performance across projects
• Manage and mentor a senior commercial team
• Work closely with development, construction and finance teams
• Ensure strong contractual management and risk mitigation across the portfolio
• Report directly to executive leadership on commercial performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Commercial Director / Commercial Lead role
• Strong background delivering large residential or mixed-use schemes in London
• Experience managing sizeable commercial teams
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategy and contract management
• Developer or main contractor background considered
