I''m working with a growing e-commerce business looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to help improve how they use data and make business decisions.

You''ll work with sales, marketing, customer and e-commerce data, helping teams understand performance, improve reporting and identify opportunities to grow.

The Role

• Use SQL to analyse sales, customer and marketing data.
• Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Define and standardise KPIs so performance is measured consistently.
• Identify trends and turn data into useful business insights.
• Automate manual reporting and improve existing processes.
• Work with teams across Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Operations to support commercial decisions.
• Work alongside the Senior Data Engineer to improve data quality and reporting.

What They''re Looking For

• Strong SQL and BI experience, ideally with Power BI.
• Experience analysing commercial data, such as sales, customer or marketing performance.
• Good understanding of KPIs and performance reporting.
• Confidence working with non-technical stakeholders and explaining findings.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and improving how things are done.

E-commerce or marketing analytics experience would be a bonus.
