With a strong international presence and a reputation for driving growth across highly regulated markets, the business offers a collaborative and high-performing environment where legal plays a strategic role.The legal team is well-established, internationally connected, and works closely with key stakeholders across the business on a wide range of commercial and strategic matters.Your new roleAs a Commercial Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting a fast-growing business unit, providing commercially focused legal advice across a variety of matters.Your responsibilities will include:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including technology, licencing and partner contractsAdvising on legal risk and providing pragmatic solutions to support business objectivesWorking closely with stakeholders across the UK, Europe and North AmericaSupporting strategic growth projects, including integration work following acquisitionsContributing to improvements in contract processes and legal operationsCollaborating with a global legal team on wider initiatives and projectsThis is a dynamic, fast-paced role offering excellent exposure to cross-border work and the opportunity to develop within a supportive legal function.What you''ll need to succeedQualified solicitor with approximately 0-5 years'' PQE, with a preference for candidates ..... full job details .....
