Commercial / Corporate Solicitor (Non Contentious) 2-3 PQE West Midlands Hybrid workingAn established and growing law firm in the West Midlands is looking to recruit a Commercial / Corporate Solicitor with 2-3 years'' PQE to join its non contentious team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking high quality work, close client contact, and genuine responsibility early in their career.The role offers exposure to a broad mix of commercial and corporate matters, working with a diverse client base ranging from owner managed businesses to growing SMEs.The Role• Advising on a wide range of non contentious commercial matters, including: commercial contracts, terms and conditions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and business structuring matters• Supporting on corporate transactions, including: Share and asset sales and purchases, company reorganisations, investment and growth matters• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial documentation• Managing matters with an appropriate level of supervision• Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to repeat work• Opportunity to be involved in business development and networking, if desiredThe Ideal Candidate• Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years'' PQE• Background in commercial, corporate, or mixed non contentious work• Comfortable handling matters with increasing autonomy• Commercially minded with a practical approach to advising clients• Strong drafting and communication skills• Keen to develop ..... full job details .....
