The role sits at the heart of the commercial function, providing support across contracts, tenders, supplier and client onboarding, commercial governance and business operations. We''re looking for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working with contracts, managing risk, supporting business growth and ensuring robust commercial processes are in place. The Role Working closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team, you''ll play a key role in supporting the commercial operation of the business, including: Managing the onboarding and due diligence process for new clients and suppliers. Reviewing contracts, framework agreements, terms and conditions and contractual amendments. Preparing contract summaries and identifying potential commercial risks and obligations. Maintaining contract registers and commercial documentation. Supporting commercial governance and compliance processes. Tracking contractual obligations, renewals and key commercial milestones.
