Commercial Contracts Specialist

Here at Sovereign Network Group (SNG) we''re seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to join the Property Services Commercial Team. In this role, you will enhance commercial excellence within your department by leading contract management activities for several of SNG''s complex, high-value, strategic, and operational contracts. You are expected to leverage your commercial expertise to mobilise contracts, manage their delivery and performance, implement contract changes, and handle risk management within the contracts. Additionally, you will oversee contract transitions and exits.Key Accountabilities include: To own and maintain the Property Services contracting databaseResponsible for oversight and monitoring of the implementation of all live contracts across Property Services.Responsible for managing and communicating all contract changes, and control notices, instigated through contract negotiation, performance, change requests, contract extensions, and contract innovation.Coordination of the contractual documentation sign-off process with the Procurement TeamProvide commercial advice and guidance on contractual matters, referring to and co-ordinating external legal advice where required.Oversee payment assessments, and supplier performance, and conduct supplier audits.Ensure adherence to contract KPIs and deliver regular performance feedback.Represent the commercial team at monthly review meetings with all contractors (strategic and important partners) where we spend ..... full job details .....
