This full time Commercial Contracts Solicitor (Partner) position sits with eNL in the West Midlands, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. The firm seeks an established Partner, Legal Director or Consultant with seven or more years PQE and a proven record advising partnerships, LLPs and their partners. Duties include supporting professional services firms, regulated businesses and partnership-led organisations through governance, structural and commercial challenges. The successful lawyer will cultivate trusted relationships with boards, managing partners and leadership groups, working across practice areas such as corporate and employment rather than in isolation. Collaboration and business development form central elements of this senior appointment.
Commercial Contracts Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £Competitive (DOE) – We are looking for an established Partner, Legal Director or Consultant with a strong track record advising partnerships, LLPs and their partners to join a growing commercial practice. REF:5359.
THE ROLE:
• You will work closely with professional services firms, regulated businesses and partnership-led organisations, helping senior leaders navigate complex governance, structural and commercial issues at important moments of change.
• You will have the opportunity to build and develop trusted relationships with partners, boards, managing partners and leadership teams
• You will be encouraged to work across practice areas rather than in a silo, collaborating with commercial, corporate, employment, regulatory and finance colleagues to provide clients with genuinely joined-up advice.
• You may have broad experience across the professional services sector, or a particular specialism within it. What matters most is that you understand the dynamics of partnerships and are confident advising clients at senior level.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Partners, Legal Directors or Consultants with an established practice and strong connections within the partnership and professional services community.
• Substantial experience advising partnerships, LLPs, professional practices or their partners
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions
• Confidence dealing directly with boards, managing partners and senior stakeholders
• A relationship-led approach and the ability to develop long-term client connections
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working alongside other specialist teams
• A genuine interest in growing a partnership-focused advisory practice
