Your Background : Either Qualified commercial contracts lawyer / World Commerce and Contracting Association (IACCM) qualification or CIPS qualification. Significant experience of commercial contract law, relating to goods and services (typically contracts -5M+). Understanding of public procurement contract regs (PCR2015/PA23).
