Working closely with the tender team on bids - advising and drafting contract T''s and C''s. Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts with customers. Your Background : Qualified commercial contracts lawyer / World Commerce and Contracting Association (IACCM) qualification Significant experience of commercial contract law, relating to complex service contracts (typically contracts -5M+ and long term). Understanding of public procurement contract regs (PCR2015/PA23) and healthcare sector would be beneficial but not essential. Acute business acumen and commercially minded.
