Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with Directors and Project Managers across the business, the successful Commercial Contracts Manager will provide commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle, with key responsibilities including (but not being limited to): Reviewing, negotiating and advising on client contracts prior to acceptance. Identifying and managing contractual and commercial risks. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating subcontract agreements. Administering client and subcontractor contracts throughout project delivery. Managing contractual change through NEC Early Warning and Compensation Event processes. Preparing, submitting and negotiating quotations arising from contract changes and client instructions.
