Senior commercial contracts opportunity with a long-established engineering business Play a key role in protecting commercial interests while enabling business growth Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance on complex projects Full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits Commercial Contracts Manager and Legal AdvisorLocation: Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Chesterfield The Role:Take ownership of the full contractual lifecycle for engineered projects, from reviewing NDAs and negotiating contracts through to project governance, claims management and dispute resolution. You''ll provide commercial and non-contentious legal support, helping secure commercially sound agreements while managing contractual risk and supporting successful project delivery.
