You''ll take ownership of the full life-cycle of commercial leases, ensuring everything from drafting and negotiation through to completion and ongoing administration. You''ll also play a key role in connecting management and sales teams with tenants, ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-focused leasing experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLease and Legal DocumentationDraft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, renewals, licences to alter, deeds of surrender, and associated documentationManage the full lease life-cycle from instruction to completion and ongoing administrationMaintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date lease recordsCommercial Property and Legal SupportProvide guidance on landlord and tenant matters, including lease obligations, rent reviews, service charges, and break clausesLiaise with external solicitors and professional advisors when requiredEnsure all legal processes are followed correctly and efficientlyWe''re looking ..... full job details .....
