Description Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Advising stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations. Supporting an outsourced contracts function with overflow work. Managing SaaS and other technology-related agreements. Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice. Working independently within a fully remote environment. Profile The Successful Applicant: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE. Strong experience in commercial contracts law.
