The role:
The firm is seeking a talented Company Commercial Solicitor to join a successful and growing team. The role will involve advising a varied client portfolio, from owner-managed SMEs through to larger organisations, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
The successful solicitor will have the opportunity to work across areas including:
• Solvent restructuring matters
• Shareholders’ agreements
• Commercial and business contracts
• Terms and conditions
• Joint ventures
• Partnership agreements
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate finance transactions
• Wider company and commercial advisory matters
The team is recognised for delivering high-quality work and prides itself on providing a first-class service to its clients. You will be trusted to take ownership of your matters, working with a good level of independence while knowing that support is available when required.
The candidate:
We are interested in hearing from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE who are looking for a role offering quality work, responsibility and long-term progression.
You will ideally demonstrate:

• A sound understanding of clients’ commercial objectives
