This is a hands-on cleaning role where you will spend the majority of each shift actively cleaning alongside the team and being actively visible at all times. You will lead by example through a hands-on approach, a strong work ethic and consistently high cleaning standards. Shifts: This is a shift-based role working 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on / 4 days off rota. Shifts can start between 6am and 11am, so flexibility is required.
