Job title: Commercial Claims Manager Salary: £50,000 per annum + Benefits Location: BirminghamOVERVIEWWe are currently working with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for a Commercial Claims Manager to join their expanding team in Birningham.You will be responsible for leading a team of claims handlers, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and clear development pathways to build technical expertise and support career progression.RESPONSIBILITIESLead and oversee the daily operations of the Claims team, ensuring the effective management of commercial claims and the delivery of a high-quality, customer-centric service.Support the development and execution of operational strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and the consistent delivery of service excellence.Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development, setting clear expectations and leading by example.Analyse performance data, management information (MI), and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement, partnering with the Claims Operations and Business Performance Manager to implement lasting efficiencies and enhancements.Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, including HR, Learning and Development, Broking, and Client Servicing teams, to strengthen team capability, engagement, and client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal ..... full job details .....
