Commercial Catering Gas Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Catering Gas Engineer to join our growing service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial catering equipment across restaurants, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, and other commercial food service environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial catering equipment, including gas-fired appliances. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits in accordance with customer contracts. Attend reactive breakdowns and fault-finding calls. Install and commission commercial catering equipment where required. Conduct gas safety inspections and testing in compliance with current regulations. Complete all service reports, certification, and documentation accurately and promptly. Liaise professionally with customers, site managers, and kitchen staff. Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and company procedures. Manage van stock and ensure company tools and equipment are maintained. Participate in the on-call rota as required.
