Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on commercial catering equipment such as combi ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, bakery equipment and refrigeration units if qualified. Diagnose faults accurately using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues swiftly. Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Install new catering appliances and upgrade existing systems in line with project specifications and client requirements.
