Commercial Business Partner Tamworth, Staffordshire. Working Hours: 9:00-17:30 office based Our client is looking for a Permanent Commercial Business Partner for a Logistics company. The Commercial Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving revenue capture, optimising cash flow, and ensuring strong financial and operational alignment across the business. This role will act as a conduit between Finance and Operations, ensuring commercial discipline, margin optimisation, and commercial insight that supports business growth. As part of the role, the successful candidate will have a choice to pursue a professional qualification through company supported apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry. Responsibilities and accountabilities: Commercial Business Partnering: Own and drive revenue capture and cash flow optimisation for 3rd party customers Monitor and analyse 3rd party account profitability to ensure margin delivery and highlight opportunities for improvement Act as the conduit between Finance and Operations, ensuring transparent and effective communication across teams Enhance commercial awareness across functional teams, embedding commercial discipline and accountability Customer Management: Assist in the set-up and onboarding of accounts Support the management of commercial contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with agreed terms Establish and oversee margin ..... full job details .....
