Commercial Business Partner (9 Month Mat Cover Potential to be extended) Manchester City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days office based) Salary - £60,000 - £65,000 Axon Moore has an excellent opportunity available to work for a global tech business who are looking to hire an experience Commercial Business Partner to cover maternity leave for a period of 9 months with the potential to then be extended. Key Responsibilities: Driving profitable revenue growth by partnering with Sales and Marketing and Product teams, providing financial insight, performance analysis, and strategic challenge to ensure campaigns, partnerships, and incentives deliver sustainable margin and ROIMonitoring KPIs (sales, partner performance, ROI, contribution margin)Producing performance dashboards and reports; measuring incremental uplift vs baselineIdentifying risks and opportunities in trading performanceSupporting budgeting and re-forecasting processesBuilding financial models for new partnerships or campaignsPartnering with the Product teams to ensure new features and initiatives are commercially viable and align with the commercial strategy.Supporting cross-functional projects involving Product, Commercial, and SalesHelping define success metrics and financial KPIs at project outset.
