What will your typical day look like? Atom is the UK''s first app-based bank, and we''re on a mission to redefine what a bank should be. We sit in the sweet spot between high-street banks and specialist lenders - solving the "pain points" others can''t. As a Commercial BDM for London and Southeast, you''ll be the face of Atom in the field. You won''t just be chasing leads; you''ll be managing a high-concentration region with a waiting list of brokers ready to be engaged. This is about freeing up capacity, onboarding new partners, and training them accordingly. Expect to be out 3 of your 4-day week, delivering presentations, onboarding brokers, and balancing a heavy flow of emails to ensure every application is high-quality and "first time right".
