Commercial Business Development Manager

This Commercial Development Manager role is about ownership: building relationships with key decision-makers, spotting opportunities before they land on tender portals, and becoming the go-to contact for clients across sectors such education, healthcare, local authorities, and housing associations. The role will primarily focus on the promotion, development and successful award of contracts for public sector decarbonisation projects and large scale retrofit projects. The company specialise in professional engineering services design, project management and mechanical and electrical contracting. As commercial development manager you will be helping shape the direction of the business and they recognise and reward high performance.
