Commercial Building Surveyor – London | £45,000–£65,000

I’m currently working with an established property and building consultancy across the London area, who are looking to appoint experienced Commercial Building Surveyors at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level.

You'll work with a range of commercial property owners, investors, landlords and occupiers, advising on the technical condition and future requirements of their property portfolios.

Who I'm looking to speak with

I'm particularly interested in:

MRICS / FRICS Building Surveyors with commercial consultancy experience, although I'll also consider strong candidates working towards chartership.

Salary & package

£45,000–£65,000+ basic salary, depending on experience and level, with senior/Associate opportunities potentially exceeding this.
