As a Specialist Commercial Finance Broker, you will:Build and manage relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their unique financial needs.Source and structure bespoke finance solutions including asset finance, working capital, term lending, property finance and acquisition funding.Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive terms.Provide expert guidance throughout the funding process, ensuring compliance and transparency.Meet and exceed sales targets, supported by a generous commission structure.What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial finance within the healthcare sector.Strong understanding of financial products and lending criteria.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a customer-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.What We Offer:
