As Commercial Bid Modelling Lead you will become the organisation''s internal expert for bid pricing and financial modelling. This is a highly visible role supporting major bids, rebids, contract extensions and commercial opportunities across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you''ll provide the financial insight that drives pricing strategy, risk management and commercial success. The Opportunity Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, you''ll lead the financial modelling workstream across a diverse portfolio of opportunities. You''ll be responsible for developing agile, commercially focused models that support decision-making while balancing accuracy, risk, pace and practicality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial modelling activities for bids, rebids, contract extensions and commercial opportunities.Build and maintain pricing models covering profit and loss, cash flow, mobilisation costs, staffing, overhead recovery, inflation, working capital and risk analysis.Develop scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, affordability assessments and price-to-win models.Translate complex contract specifications and operational requirements into meaningful financial assumptions.Provide commercial challenge on ..... full job details .....
