What You''ll Be Doing You''ll support the Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveying team through every stage of a project: Before the Project Starts Review tender documents, drawings and specifications Assist with pricing and costing projects Help identify commercial risks, exclusions and missing information Prepare tender queries and clarifications Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations Maintain tender registers and bid trackers Support tender adjudication meetings During the Project Track project costs and expenditure Process and check invoices Assist with variations and change management Monitor budgets and ..... full job details .....
