Working closely with internal teams, you will identify, investigate, and resolve any outstanding issues that could delay invoicing, ensuring all work is billed promptly and in line with agreed commercial terms. Key Responsibilities Process completed jobs through the invoicing stage accurately and efficiently Raise invoices in line with contractual and commercial requirements Liaise with operational teams to gather missing or incorrect information Investigate and resolve queries or discrepancies on completed jobs Maintain accurate billing records and documentation Proactively problem-solve outstanding issues to enable timely invoicing Support the Commercial Billing Team with general administrative duties as required Working within a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive effectiveness Provide reports to senior management as and when required.
