The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the construction industry and will support the commercial and quantity surveying functions across a range of high-end commercial, residential and hospitality projects, with a particular focus on specialist finishes, stonework and bespoke joinery. Key Responsibilities Supporting the commercial team-with day-to-day commercial and project administration. Assisting with valuations, variations, purchase orders, invoices and payment applications. Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations and costs. Maintaining accurate cost, procurement and project records. Assisting with budgets, cost reports and commercial reporting.
