Commercial Assistant / Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: Exeter, Devon Contract: TemporaryThe RoleBuild Recruitment is working with a client to recruit a Commercial Assistant / Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a temporary basis in the Exeter area.The successful candidate will provide commercial and administrative support to the team, helping to ensure costs, purchase orders and general contract information are accurately recorded and maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding general commercial and administrative support.Raising and processing purchase order (PO) numbers.Processing invoices and checking costs.Maintaining accurate records and updating spreadsheets.Assisting with cost tracking and commercial reporting.Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.Supporting the day-to-day running of commercial activities.RequirementsPrevious experience in a commercial, administrative or quantity surveying support role.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Confident using Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Experience within construction or social housing would be advantageous.Apply NowIf you are available for a temporary opportunity and have relevant commercial or administrative experience, please get in touch with Build Recruitment to find out more.Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading ..... full job details .....
