Commercial AssistantThe RoleThe Commercial Assistant will play a key role in supporting the commercial management of projects from pre contract stage through to final account.The successful candidate will assist with cost control, contract administration, commercial reporting and project documentation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.This position offers exposure to a wide variety of commercial activities and would suit an organised individual looking to develop a long term career within a commercial or project based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend project meetings and undertake site visits where requiredAssist with the preparation and submission of valuations and applications for paymentSupport the administration and negotiation of final accountsAssist with contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycleHelp maintain accurate project cost records and financial informationSupport commercial reporting and project performance monitoringAssist in identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesMaintain project documentation and ensure records remain accurate and up to dateLiaise with internal departments to ensure projects progress efficientlyBuild and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultantsSupport the management of project budgets and cost control processesAssist with procurement and subcontractor administration where requiredEnsure all ..... full job details .....
