Are you an Asbestos Surveyor, Analyst or dual-trained professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a highly regarded UKAS-accredited consultancy, is expanding in the Midlands and is keen to speak with asbestos professionals at different stages of their career.

This role is focused entirely on commercial and industrial projects, giving you the chance to work on varied and interesting contracts across the Midlands region.

Day-to-day duties of an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst will involve:

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial sites across the Midlands region

• Taking bulk samples and ensuring accurate data collection using industry software (e.g. TEAMS)

• Completing clear, detailed survey reports for clients

• Conducting air monitoring and fibre counting, including 4-stage clearances, background, leak reassurance and re-occupation testing (for Analysts/dual trained)

• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with asbestos regulations and company procedures

• Liaising with clients on site and maintaining professional relationships

• Travelling to a variety of sites across the region with paid travel time included

The successful Asbestos Surveyor and/or Analyst will have:

• BOHS P402 and/or P403 & P404 (dual-trained Surveyor/Analysts are highly desirable!)

• At least 12 months’ experience in asbestos surveying and/or air monitoring

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands

• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
