Due to continued growth and the award of a major long-term contract in Cambridge, a new opportunity has arisen with a growing UKAS-accredited Asbestos Management Consultancy and Training Provider.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Asbestos Surveyor looking for long-term stability, a consistent workload and the opportunity to become part of a supportive and well-established team.

Whilst the contract is based in Cambridge, the business can also offer regional work where required. Candidates located within a commutable distance of Cambridge are encouraged to apply.

The role will involve undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys across a varied commercial portfolio, working closely-with-clients and site teams to ensure all work-is-delivered to a high standard.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will:

• Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
• Produce accurate survey reports in line with current legislation and industry standards
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure a high standard of reporting and documentation at all times

What We''re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years'' experience carrying out asbestos surveys across commercial properties
• BOHS P402 / RSPH Level 3 qualified (additional P403 and P404 is highly desirable!)
• Experience undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
• Strong knowledge of current asbestos legislation and industry best practice
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively
• Good IT skills, including experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos management software
