COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (LOCUM), 3+ PQE, LONDON, £45 - £55 PER HOUR. An opportunity to join a friendly and highly skilled team on a locum basis and provide annual leave cover. Job Ref: 9170

The appointed locum solicitor will be dealing with a wide range of both commercial and residential property matters, providing excellent client services and supporting the team.

• Handling a full caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, financing of development sites, commercial lettings, land promotion agreements
• Managing residential conveyancing matters, from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold properties, development sites, new builds and renovations
• The appointed locum will be required to handle own caseload and hit the ground running
• Full-time 2-week holiday cover in April
• A hybrid role, offering 3 days from home and 2 days in the office
