Commercial andamp; Procurement ManagerLondon (Manchester/Bristol considered) | Hybrid £500 - £550 per day (Inside IR35) 12-month contract (with potential extension) Active SC Clearance preferred or SC eligibleThe OpportunityWe''re supporting a high-profile central government organisation in the search for an experienced Commercial andamp; Procurement Manager.This role sits within a key function driving apprenticeship and talent programmes, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of impactful, large-scale public sector initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage contracts with apprenticeship and learning providers, including KPI tracking and performance reviewsLead and support end-to-end procurement activities, including business cases, framework usage (eg CCS), and supplier selectionOversee contract transitions and establish effective BAU contract management frameworksDeliver high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders across governmentSupport broader procurement activity across digital and cyber portfoliosAbout YouStrong commercial experience within UK central government or wider public sectorProven expertise in procurement and contract management, including framework utilisationExperience managing or procuring apprenticeship, talent, or learning solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsA self-starter who can operate effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal directionHighly collaborative with strong interpersonal skillsDesirable ..... full job details .....
