This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute professional with deep expertise in NEC contracts, public sector procurement regulations, and large-scale Works environments. You will lead a fast-paced commercial team responsible for high-value construction, FM, asset maintenance, and capital investment procurements, while acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across a politically sensitive and complex environment.
