Contract Manager – Sales & Operations

Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a company to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join their Sales & Operations team.

This is a full-time, client-facing role managing projects from enquiry through to installation and aftercare, specialising in aluminium folding doors, windows, and glazing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Qualify leads including scope, budget, and timelines
• Conduct site visits and client consultations
• Prepare accurate and commercially viable quotations
• Present and follow up quotes to secure orders
• Manage contracts and finalise project specifications
• Coordinate installations including scheduling and logistics
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, and stakeholders
• Support marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Experience within construction, glazing, or fenestration
• Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, and glazing systems
• Commercial awareness including pricing and margins
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Experience with systems such as Schüco, Reynaers, or Smart Systems
• Knowledge of building regulations
• CAD or estimating software experience
