Commercial and Operations Director
Our client, a well-established specialist solutions provider based in Beaconsfield with a central London presence, is seeking a Commercial and Operations Director to join their senior leadership team. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role offering the opportunity to take ownership of commercial performance, operational structure and team leadership within a growing business.Working closely with the CEO, the successful candidate will take ownership of key commercial and operational functions, bringing greater structure, visibility and accountability. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, including full PandL responsibility. Key Duties:Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive performance and deliver strategic objectivesTake ownership of commercial and operational responsibilities, including full PandL accountabilityEstablish, monitor and refine KPIs to drive performance, accountability and team alignmentOversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate sales tracking, strong data discipline and reporting consistencyProduce commercial reports, dashboards and actionable insights for senior leadershipAnalyse pipeline performance, conversion rates, drop-off points and sales trends to identify improvements Lead CRM improvements, including data accuracy, reporting quality, process flow and pipeline visibilityManage and review CRM data to ensure reporting remains accurate, relevant and commercially usefulIdentify operational inefficiencies ..... full job details .....
