Elevate your career with us and contribute to a world-class team.As a Treasury Recovery and Resolution Senior Associate within our Team, you will drive the Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) agenda within the Commercial and Investment Bank''s (CIB). You will oversee the planning and execution of key deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with us to assess new regulatory requirements and provide critical insights to stakeholders. Join us in upholding high standards and best practices across all initiatives.Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the CIB components of the Firm’s RRP agenda.Deliver key CIB components of both Firmwide and Local Resolution and Recovery Plans, focusing on collaborating with key stakeholders across the Firm to ensure timely and high quality delivery of regulatory requirements.Formulate responses on local regulatory requests related to Resolution and Recovery planning.Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to drive the CIB RandR agenda forward, while problem-solving to address challenges and optimize outcomes.Collaborate with team members to align intersecting agendas and objectives.Record detailed minutes for key working group meetings, including attendees, topics, status updates, and action items.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including development and presentation of meeting materials to senior management through the EMEA Recovery and Resolution Steering Committee, Wind Down Steering Committee and CIB RandR Executive Steering Forum.Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and developing effective solutions.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Background in Product Control, Legal Entity Control, Business Management, or CIB Finance Project Management.Strong working knowledge of PowerPointProactive and able to work independentlyAbility to execute tasks under challenging targets and effectively manage to changes in planStrong attention to detail, ability to articulate complex issues concisely and influence stakeholdersProven ability to communicate effectively with senior people, manage senior management expectations, leadStrong issue management and resolution skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Familiarity with the finance industry''s regulatory environment, with prior experience in Resolution and Recovery (RandR) being advantageous.Knowledge of capital and liquidity regulations and frameworks desirable.Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, with a demonstrated ability to derive insights and support decision-making including familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, SQL or Tableau desirable.Understanding of accounting principles and legal entity control is preferred.About Us
