Commercial and Domestic Gas Engineer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing building services team, working across London and the Home Counties. This is a varied mobile role covering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdowns, remedial works, quoted works and new installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and domestic properties. You''ll work independently while also collaborating closely with our office team, estate managers, site staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. We believe in looking after our engineers. While contracted hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, you''re not expected to spend unnecessary hours travelling. Depending on your work location, you''ll generally leave site between 3:00pm and 4:00pm to begin your journey home. Key Responsibilities Gas Maintenance and Servicing Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, diagnostics and reactive repairs on both domestic and commercial gas systems. Service, maintain and repair boilers, warm air units, plant room equipment, radiant heaters and hot water systems. Carry out flue gas analysis and combustion performance checks. Replace or repair defective components, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
