The organisation is well known for its high quality branded products and customer centric approach.This role will play a key part in driving commercial performance, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight, support strategic decision making, and enhance profitability in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial insight and decision support to senior leaders and crossfunctional teams, enabling informed choices on investments, pricing, and operationsDevelop and maintain standard costing models, leading BOM based costings for new product launches and initiatives, while evaluating commercial viability, margin sustainability, and exposure to commodity fluctuationsProduce monthly management accounts and Board reports, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholdersLead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, delivering all financial plans aligned with business strategyDesign and manage financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate performance, identify risks, and uncover opportunities using KPIs, sales, margin, and cost driver analysisCollaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams to embed financial thinking and drive commercially focused outcomesKey Skills preferredNewly ..... full job details .....
